Mr Mahesh Shah, the visionary founder of Giriraj Civil Developers Limited, began his entrepreneurial journey in 1995, building the company from the ground up. Through his commitment to excellence and hands-on leadership, Mr. Shah transformed the company into a leading force in the civil infrastructure industry.

He was involved in every phase, from planning and design to execution, ensuring top-quality results. His ability to foster relationships and drive innovation has been pivotal to the company’s growth and success. Under his guidance, Giriraj has become a trusted industry name, inspiring continued progress and laying the groundwork for future achievements.

Mr. Krushang Shah, the dynamic Managing Director and Chairman of our infrastructure company, brings both vision and expertise. A recent graduate of the Advanced Management Infrastructure Program at ISB (2024), he holds a Master’s in Leadership Science and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University.

Joining the company in 2014–2015, Mr Shah quickly demonstrated his ability to lead complex projects, becoming Additional Executive Director in 2017 and overseeing technical and engineering divisions. Now, as Managing Director and Chairman, he drives strategic goals and ensures timely, precise project delivery. His leadership fosters innovation, accountability, and positions our company as a leading force in the infrastructure sector.

Mr. Prasham Shah is the Executive Director of our company. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree obtained in 2010, Mr. Shah brings a solid foundation in financial and strategic management, combined with over a decade of professional experience in driving organizational growth and operational efficiencies. Known for his strong analytical skills and visionary leadership, Mr. Shah has consistently delivered impactful results and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

As Executive Director, his strategic insights and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in guiding our organization toward future achievements and advancing our mission in the industry.

He has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company w.e.f.14/08/2020. He has completed his doctorate in 2015. He is the founder and director of the Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies (CIILS) at the University of Mumbai.

 The institute was created to offer the world’s first post graduate academic programme in Leadership and a Masters in leadership science (MA-LS). He also teaches at various universities and educational institutions as a visiting faculty member.

He has delivered over 1000 lectures and seminars at various institutions, colleges, and organizations, etc. He has been a part of various national and international projects of the government of India.

He has also participated and presented papers at various conferences and seminars in universities in over 20 countries. Many national and international awards have been conferred on him
