Our Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company registered under Indian Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated 19/10/2005 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai as "GIRIRAJ CIVIL DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED" having its Registered office in Mumbai, India with a main object of functioning as a Government Civil Contractor, Building Roads, Bridge, Foot Over Bridge, Earthworks and numerous other Infrastructure Constructions.

We are one of the Reputed Govt. Civil Contractor and We believe in terms of Quality, Reliability, Technical, Expertise and Professional Approach. Company has converted from Private Company to Public Limited with effect from 22nd Day of January, 2018. Company's present Authorized Capital and Paid up Capital are Rs. 4 Crores and Rs. 2.94 Crores respectively and it is currently under process of Issue of Shares through Public Issue.
