Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

➡️Cost Estimation & Planning

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project costs and compare against approved budgets to identify variances.

➡️BOQ & Tendering

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Assist in tender documentation, floating, and evaluation.
• Conduct rate and pricing analysis during procurement.

➡️Project Cost Control

• Track actual vs planned expenditures.
• Value completed works and coordinate payment certifications for contractors.

➡️Risk Assessment

• Identify cost and time-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

➡️Reporting

• Generate and present financial progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-completion analyses.

➡️Technical Capabilities

• Perform detailed Quantity Analysis and Rate Analysis.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings.
• Manage material and cost Reconciliation reports for on-site and procurement data.

✅𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the infrastructure sector.
• Hands-on experience with projects such as highways, metro, water supply, bridges, or rail infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of standard contracts (e.g., FIDIC, CPWD, MORTH).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera ERP & Other Estimation Software.
• Excellent skills in rate analysis, negotiation, communication, and cost reporting.

✅𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬/𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Exposure to projects under NHAI, MMRDA, DMRC, Indian Railways, CIDCO, BMC, or similar government/infrastructure bodies.
