He has been appointed as an Independent Director of the company w.e.f.14/08/2020. He has completed his doctorate in 2015. He is the founder and director of the Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies (CIILS) at the University of Mumbai.

The institute was created to offer the world’s first post graduate academic programme in Leadership and a Masters in leadership science (MA-LS). He also teaches at various universities and educational institutions as a visiting faculty member.

He has delivered over 1000 lectures and seminars at various institutions, colleges, and organizations, etc. He has been a part of various national and international projects of the government of India.

He has also participated and presented papers at various conferences and seminars in universities in over 20 countries. Many national and international awards have been conferred on him
